Refund Policy — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

iron theory guides are digital PDF files. They are delivered by email immediately
after payment is confirmed. No physical product is ever shipped.

Our commitment to you
If a guide does not meet your expectations, email us within 7 days of purchase. We
will either send you a different guide in exchange (at no additional cost) or issue
a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.

How to claim a refund or exchange Write to support@iron-theory.com using the email address you checked out with, and include your order number. We respond within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday). Approved
refunds are processed within 48 hours; your bank may take a further 5–10 business
days to display the credit.

Technical issues
If your guide does not arrive or will not open, contact us and we will resolve it
immediately — resend the file or issue a full refund, your choice.

Duplicate orders
Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded in full without question.

Delivery acknowledgement
By completing your purchase you confirm that you are requesting immediate delivery of
digital content. You acknowledge that the right of withdrawal that applies to distance
sales of physical goods does not apply once digital delivery has begun. The 7-day
satisfaction guarantee above is an additional voluntary commitment and does not limit
any statutory rights you may hold.
